Acupuncture point Large Intestine 4 "Hegu" Pain point

Another important point of acupuncture is large intestine 5 in Chinese.

Hegu "valley connection" called.

When you make a fist, it is located on the highest point of elevation between the thumb and index finger.

Many ancient acupuncturists attributed great importance to this point, including MaDan-yang, the great physician of the JinDynastians, who included it among the "Eleven Heaven Star Points," a category of points he developed to summarize the most important acupuncture points.

It works well for many types of pain, especially eye, nose, mouth, tooth, head and ear pain, as well as nosebleeds, colds and flus.

The easiest way to take advantage of this acupuncture point would be to simply massage it with a little arnica oil for a few minutes.
